What you are buying, what you may do with it, and — the part that matters most on a site like this — what a card cannot promise.
What you get
The licence
You buy a personal licence to the images and PDFs: use them, print them, and put them on as many of your own devices as you like. Show them to anyone you are travelling with.
You may not resell them, bundle them into another product, or republish the card set as your own. Cards carry a watermark; sharing a single card with a friend is fine and is not something we intend to police.
If you downloaded while it was free
What a free download entitles you to
If you download before September 15: you keep every card you took, and every correction to those cards, forever. That was the promise and it stands — nothing is taken back and nothing expires. Cards released after September 15 are part of the paid packs, for everyone.
Concretely: the files you downloaded stay yours with no expiry and no licence change, and any corrected version of a card you already have reaches you free, for as long as this site publishes it. Cards first released after September 15 are part of the paid packs. The changelog dates every release, so which side of the line a card falls on is checkable rather than a matter of trust.
The limits
What a card cannot promise
The cards describe what usually happens. Individual shops, baths and drivers do their own thing, rules change, and a card dated August 2026 is a snapshot of that month.
Nothing here is medical, legal or immigration advice. The allergy and pharmacy pages in particular are a starting point, not a substitute for a properly translated medical card or a doctor. For a severe allergy, do not rely on a phrase from a website.
