Ask and you get your money back. You are not asked why, and you are not asked to delete anything — there is no way to take a downloaded image back, and pretending otherwise would be theatre.

How to get a refund
Email the address on the contact page with the address you bought with, within 30 days. That is the whole process. You do not need a reason.
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who are the merchant of record — the refund appears back on the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
If the reason is that a card was wrong, please say so. We would rather have the correction than the money, and it gets logged in the changelog with a date.

A refund process that asks why is a refund process designed to talk you out of it. Given this site is selling accuracy it has not yet had checked by a third party, making the exit easy is the minimum.
